Agency Client Dashboard Built for a SaaS Marketing Funnel

A marketing agency was running lead generation campaigns on Google Ads for a SaaS client. Matz Analytics built a custom agency client dashboard using Matz Analytics OS. Our goal was to answer one question: prove the leads work, and show where the real conversion problem actually lives.


We connected the marketing data sources into Matz Analytics OS and created two visualization types that would tell the full story. First, funnel charts that showed lead progression through each stage of the SaaS client's pipeline. Second, Sankey charts that visualized the flow of leads from initial entry through lead stage, then to SQL, then downstream. Every stage was visible. Every drop-off was measurable.


The dashboard was branded for the agency. When the agency shared it, it looked like it was built by agency. The SaaS client logged in and saw their own marketing funnel mapped clearly. No guesswork. No "we think the leads are good." The data said it.


The Discovery That Changed Everything


The dashboard revealed something neither the agency nor their client expected. Leads and SQLs were moving through the pipeline at healthy rates. The conversion from lead to SQL looked strong. The problem wasn't marketing. The problem was downstream.
