What's Included in the Matz Analytics Lead Conversion Engine

Stacked layers on a dark grid, with the base layer highlighted in blue

Matz Analytics LLC builds and runs the Lead Conversion Engine™ for financial services firms: mortgage lenders and brokerages, insurance agencies, wealth management firms and financial advisors. The goal is more paying clients from the leads a firm already has, without increasing ad spend. Qualified sales appointments are how we get there: we book more of your leads in front of your team, and your team closes them.

This page explains what the service includes, how it works with your existing tools, and who it suits.

This page was rewritten in October 2026. It previously described our marketing analytics and reporting services for agencies, which are covered in our archive.

The five parts of the Lead Conversion Engine

1. Immediate response. New leads are engaged as soon as they come in, from your web forms, lead vendors and other sources, instead of waiting in an inbox until someone is free.

2. Qualification and booking. Prospects are asked the questions that decide fit. Those who qualify are booked straight onto your team’s calendar. Our AI Appointment Setter can handle this first conversation around the clock and hand off to your licensed staff. It is one component of the engine, working alongside the other four parts.

3. Follow-up, nurturing and no-show recovery. Leads who don’t book right away get a structured follow-up sequence rather than one or two attempts. Booked appointments get confirmations and reminders, and no-shows are offered a new time.

4. Reactivation. Older opportunities already in your CRM, such as past inquiries, quotes and prospects who said “not yet,” are contacted again with a reason to talk now.

5. Pipeline analytics and optimization. Every stage is measured, from leads contacted, qualified, booked and held through to clients won, by source. The results are reviewed and the process is adjusted every month. Our background is in marketing analytics and reporting, and this is where it comes in.

How it works with your tools

The engine connects to the CRM, calendars and lead sources you already use. Your team doesn’t have to learn new software. It’s done for you: we map how you receive and convert leads today, connect your tools, set up follow-up and tracking, and run and improve it every month.

Who it’s for

Firms where revenue starts with a sales conversation, and that already have a steady flow of leads:

  • mortgage lenders and brokerages;
  • insurance agencies and brokerages;
  • wealth management and financial advisory firms;
  • financial and retirement planning practices.

If your firm doesn’t yet have consistent lead flow, more leads may be the first priority. This service is built to convert the leads you have.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t replace your advisors, loan officers or agents. It gets qualified prospects in front of them.
  • It doesn’t promise a specific result. Outcomes depend on your lead volume, lead quality and sales process. We measure against your own starting point.
  • It doesn’t bypass your compliance process. Scripts, message templates and consent language are yours to approve before launch.
